About the Role:

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities and equipment, ensuring all essential building services, mechanical systems, and the interior and exterior grounds are in top condition. This role involves light-duty repairs, facilities services, and assisting with the overall maintenance of the physical plant. The Facilities Maintenance Associate will work under the direction of department leadership to achieve all facilities and safety goals.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Facilities Maintenance Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform routine maintenance and light-duty repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building structures.
  • Coordinate and oversee preventative maintenance and inspections, including work by external vendors.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and internal customer concerns.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective, timely maintenance support.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and communicate safety concerns to leadership.
    Prepare meeting rooms, handle building opening/closing procedures, and participate in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
