Facility: Seagate Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
Schedule: Part-Time, 12-Hour Shifts (Weekends Only) 6pm-6am
Location: Brooklyn, New York
Pay Rate: $60/hour

Seagate Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Weekend RN Supervisor to join our leadership team. If you're passionate about delivering quality care and want to make an impact in a supportive, professional environment, we'd love to meet you

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise nursing staff during weekend 12-hour shifts
• Ensure quality care and compliance with policies and state regulations
• Perform rounds to assess resident care and address any clinical concerns
• Lead and support the nursing team, resolving any staffing or care issues
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth facility operations

Requirements:

• Current RN license in New York State
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
