Flex (Project Based) - Scrum Master

We are seeking a Scrum Master to support one or more Agile teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality work.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach the team and Product Owner on Agile/Scrum best practices
• Remove blockers and support the team in achieving sprint goals
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on progress and risks
• Support backlog refinement and help ensure work is well defined and prioritized

What You'll Bring
Basic Req:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, ADO, etc
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment

Preferred Req

• CSM, PSM, or other Agile certification
