We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate must have a background in civil litigation. This role requires excellent legal drafting skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a commitment to advocating for clients in litigation settings. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing cases from inception through trial, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality legal representation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Draft and review contracts and agreements.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the law office to develop case strategies.
• Attend court hearings, trials, and mediations as required.
• Maintain accurate records of case progress and client communications.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to California bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong legal drafting skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
