Position Overview:
We're looking for CDL-A drivers to run regional routes out of Baytown. This opportunity is open to both new CDL graduates and experienced drivers who want consistent miles, weekly pay, and a team that focuses on safe and dependable operations.

Position Highlights:

• Home Time: Weekly home time available, or two weeks out with two days off
• New Driver Friendly: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome to apply
• Fleet: Modern trucks, typically under 1.5 years old

Pay & Benefits:

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200–$1,600
• Miles Per Week: 2,500–3,000
• Mileage pay plus incentives for safety and performance
• Extra pay for stops, detention, and layovers
• Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A
• Accepting graduates with 120+ accredited CDL school hours
• Reliable, safety-minded, and professional
• Must comply with all DOT regulations

Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Class A equipment on regional routes
• Deliver freight on schedule with correct documentation
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections
• Maintain consistent communication with dispatch
