Responsibilities

• Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies to support the kitchen staff
• Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is cleaned and ready for use
• Follow food handling safety standards to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene compliance
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage dish flow during busy service times
• Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to uphold high sanitation standards

Skills

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety protocols
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude to contribute effectively to the hospitality environment
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations including cleaning, cooking support, and food service practices
