We are seeking a skilled CRM Developer responsible for designing, customizing, and enhancing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on development experience, and the ability to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
• Develop and deploy custom components including JavaScript, HTML web resources, C# plugins, and workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations between CRM and external systems.
• Customize and optimize Customer Service Workspace.
• Implement and manage CRM security roles, field-level security, and access controls.
• Design, build, and troubleshoot Power Automate flows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
