Be part of the team bringing our brand-new concept to life We're seeking Shift Leaders to join us at The Dusty Boot The Dusty Boot Saloon & Dance Hall, the home of fancy cocktails, cold beer, western grub and live music in downtown Banff. A dressed-up saloon in a dressed-down cocktail lounge featuring weathered wood, warm leather, the glow of neon, and the sweet sound of boots on the dance floor. Bar games, cowboy karaoke, billiards and a chef-driven menu (served until 10pm). Saddle up and settle in. Must be whisky drinking age, 18+. Want to know more? Check us out here:

Shift Leaders play a key role in keeping restaurant service running smoothly, supporting the Executive General Manager and Junior General Manager in daily operations. They oversee Front of House team members, coordinate with the Back of House, handle guest concerns with professionalism, and ensure the venue is set up for a successful service from open to close.

What You Have:

  • ProServe certification
  • Previous serving and bartending experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible schedule required
  • Strong work ethic and a positive team player
  • Previous supervisory experience is an asset
