Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end-to-end workflows using advanced LLMs to solve real business tasks.
• Develop modular customization layers that adapt to specific organizational requirements.
• Build interactive, voice- and message-based agents to boost learner engagement.
• Design AI pipelines with integrated evaluation frameworks, ensuring continuous feedback and monitoring.
• Oversee orchestration of multi-agent systems and manage high-reliability AI infrastructure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with founders and product leads to drive the roadmap and ship rapidly iterated solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, utilizing frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• At least 2 years of experience with large language models and relevant platforms (Hugging Face, OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling production AI systems, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector search.
• Deep understanding of AI system safety, content filtering, and industry best practices in prompt engineering.
• Proven mastery of Ruby on Rails (3+ years), including REST API development, database management (PostgreSQL/ActiveRecord), and robust testing (RSpec).
• Familiarity with orchestration libraries such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, or the ability to master them swiftly.
