Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and project coordination, with a proven ability to lead projects from inception to completion. This role requires expertise in various construction management software and tools, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project development, from planning through execution and closeout.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct construction estimating and manage project budgets effectively.
• Develop detailed project schedules
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication among all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners.
• Drywall and door installation
• Proficient in hand and power tools
• Organized
• Knowledge in building materials
• Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction management or project management roles is essential.
• Strong knowledge of construction management software is required for efficient project execution.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately is crucial for this position.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
