Litigation Case Manager

We represent injured clients in complex litigation matters and pride ourselves on being organized, responsive, and client focused. We run a high volume, well structured practice and are looking for team members who take ownership of their work and thrive in a deadline driven environment.

This is not an entry level role. We are looking for someone who has already worked in personal injury litigation and can step in with minimal training.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Case Manager to support our attorneys through all phases of litigation. This is a fully remote, full time position. You will be responsible for managing active litigation files, keeping cases moving forward, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

The right candidate is detail oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple cases at once.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload from filing through resolution
• Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence
• Calendar deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and litigation timelines
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court staff
• Maintain organized digital case files and litigation records
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, discovery responses, and motion practice

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience as a litigation case manager or paralegal in personal injury law
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and deadlines
• Experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and basic motions
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
