Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect 

Location: Fairfax / Tampa / Daleville 

Clearance Required: Minimum of a NACI 

Position Overview: 

Plateau GRP is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the technical design and implementation of a next-generation Salesforce CRM platform supporting U.S. Air Force recruiting operations. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and development, with a focus on scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the technical design and implementation of the solution, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. 
• Apply expert knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and integration technologies. 
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to design scalable and maintainable solutions. 
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and platform standards. 
• Provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle, from concept through deployment and support. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required. 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce technical architecture roles. 
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification (required) 
• Expertise in Salesforce architecture and development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and integrations. 
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
