Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to CALL PEOPLE WHO HAVE SHOWN INTEREST IN RECEIVING AN INSURANCE QUOTE.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
• Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer needs effectively
• Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients and promote additional services or solutions
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office applications and customer management systems
• Process transactions accurately, including cash handling when necessary
• Assist with data entry tasks to update customer accounts and maintain database integrity
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience
• Analyze customer feedback and support data to identify trends and suggest improvements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in call center roles or customer support positions preferred; experience in client services or sales is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail
• Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
• Knowledge of call center operations, outbound calling techniques, and phone etiquette
• Strong analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and support data effectively
• Experience with cash handling is advantageous but not required
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $ $14.00 per hour
