Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to CALL PEOPLE WHO HAVE SHOWN INTEREST IN RECEIVING AN INSURANCE QUOTE.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
- Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer needs effectively
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients and promote additional services or solutions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office applications and customer management systems
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling when necessary
- Assist with data entry tasks to update customer accounts and maintain database integrity
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience
- Analyze customer feedback and support data to identify trends and suggest improvements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in call center roles or customer support positions preferred; experience in client services or sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail
- Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Knowledge of call center operations, outbound calling techniques, and phone etiquette
- Strong analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and support data effectively
- Experience with cash handling is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
