Operations Manager – Cannabis Delivery

Rolling Releaf is one of Greater Boston's fastest-growing cannabis delivery dispensaries and we're looking for an Operations Manager who's ready to step into a dynamic, high-impact role. You'll be at the heart of the action, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining compliance, and helping the business scale. What You'll Do

• Perform regular inventory audits and ensure all cannabis products are properly tracked in Metrc and our POS
• Maintain compliant storage, labeling, and documentation
• Oversee office administration, filing systems, supplies, and basic facility upkeep
• Manage vehicle logs, delivery records, and body camera footage
• Stay up to date on MA cannabis regulations and implement necessary changes
• Train staff on compliance, safety procedures, and operational workflows
• Support team performance and help maintain a positive, accountable work environment
• Collaborate with leadership on improving operational efficiency and processes
• Delivery driving when needed

What We're Looking For

• Strong service-oriented mindset
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a regulated, fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet MA cannabis delivery requirements
• Must be 21+ and pass required background checks
