Job Summary

The Delivery & Install Assistant plays a key role in our field operations by safely delivering cabinetry, countertops, and trim to job sites and assisting with on-site installation and minor carpentry adjustments. This is a physically active, hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys driving, working with tools, and being a part of a dynamic team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely operate and drive 24–26 ft non-CDL box trucks, pickup trucks, vans and trailers to job sites across Central Florida
• Load trucks at the shop ensuring all parts and materials required have been loaded in an organized fashion, and secured to prevent damage
• Assist lead installers with unloading, staging, and basic installation of cabinetry
• Maintain a clean and organized truck and assist with shop prep work when not on deliveries
• Occasionally work Saturdays as needed to meet project deadlines

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience and comfort driving 24–26 ft non-CDL box trucks, and pulling a trailer
• Basic understanding of processes, procedures, and verification of completed tasks related to the cabinetry and construction industry
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 75+ lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to start early (typical start time 6:00–6:30 AM)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to travel frequently to job sites, including regional locations. Ability to accommodate flexible schedules and occasional overnight stays as needed

While our work is generally local to the state of Florida, we work with some of the most reputable builders in the country. We have just fulfilled our goal of becoming AWI certified and have recently moved to a larger 25,000 square foot production facility. Ultimately, we want to provide our team with the best work environment possible and provide our customers with high quality cabinetry while maintaining exceptional service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
