Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Liability Claims Adjuster located in Bozeman, MT. The role involves managing insurance claims from start to finish, including assessing property damage, handling claims in compliance with relevant laws and policies, and providing exceptional customer service. The Liability Claims Adjuster will evaluate, process, and investigate claims, ensuring fair outcomes, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Claims Handling, Claims Management, and Insurance Claims processes
• Knowledge of Property Damage evaluation and Insurance policies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in using claims management software and related tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• Insurance adjuster license or the ability to obtain licensure is a plus
