Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder to support fabrication operations in a busy Sapulpa facility. The Structural Welder will perform high-quality structural welds using MIG and Flux Core processes while working with cranes, forklifts, power equipment, and automated machinery in a safety-sensitive industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform fillet, tack, and full-penetration welds on structural steel using GMAW and FCAW

· Follow all WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications) and calibrate welding tools correctly

· Prep, clean, and grind materials prior to welding

· Weld in multiple positions based on job requirements

· Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other material-handling equipment

· Inspect welds for defects and verify they meet all specifications

· Conduct pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections

· Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work area

· Follow all company safety, reporting, and quality procedures

· Report equipment issues or defects immediately to supervision

Job Requirements

· year of welding experience OR welding school graduate

· Ability to set up and operate oxygen/fuel cutting equipment, plasma cutters, and AC/DC welding equipment

· Must pass all required welding qualification tests

· Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety
