Position: Office Manager - Commercial Construction Division
We're launching our innovative Commercial Construction Division—a fresh spin-off dedicated to delivering top-tier construction solutions for commercial properties, blending our proven maintenance and restoration expertise with cutting-edge building strategies. We're seeking a dynamic Office Manager to keep our operations humming while helping us scale from startup energy to industry powerhouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and documentation for construction projects.
  • Manage client communications, from initial inquiries to ongoing updates, ensuring seamless interactions with local government offices, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Handle budgeting, invoicing, and compliance tracking to support efficient project delivery.
  • Streamline office processes (virtual and on-site) using tools like project management software, QuickBooks, or CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with our lean construction team to anticipate needs and drive proactive solutions.
  • Occasionally visit local sites, clients, or government offices in the Savannah area to build relationships and resolve issues on the ground.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in construction, real estate, or a fast-paced service industry (2+ years preferred).
  • A self-starter with a genuine desire to grow—someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and loves turning chaos into streamlined success.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools.
  • Excellent communication—both written and verbal—with a knack for building rapport across diverse teams and clients.
  • Local to the Savannah area (remote-friendly with occasional in-person needs; reliable transportation a plus).
  • Bonus: Familiarity with construction permitting, local regulations, or commercial project workflows.
