About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced
Administrative Assistant III
to provide high-level administrative and operational support. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a key resource for internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for departmental leaders
- Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and documentation
- Maintain records, files, and data with a high degree of accuracy
- Support project coordination, workflow tracking, and team communications
- Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and clarity
- Assist with expense reports, purchase orders, and general office operations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative experience
, supporting mid- to senior-level staff - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the
