About
recruit22 is a growing staffing and recruiting agency specializing in executive searches and IT roles for healthcare organizations. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help us expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Create and manage email campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leads.
- Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver staffing solutions.
- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or recruiting.
- Proven success in cold calling and lead generation.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and email marketing platforms is a plus.
- Experience in the staffing/recruiting industry is a strong plus.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 + Commissions
