Position Overview

We're seeking a driven and organized Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee rebuild projects following water, fire, or mold mitigation. This position plays a key role in the customer experience — managing communication, scheduling trades, and ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to Reliant's high standards.

The ideal candidate has a background in construction, restoration, or general contracting, with a proven ability to lead projects from estimate approval through final walkthrough.

Responsibilities

• Manage reconstruction ("build-back") projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and in-house crews
• Perform site visits and ensure quality workmanship
• Track project progress, change orders, and job costs
• Maintain communication with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and team members
• Approve materials, review scopes, and ensure compliance with project budgets
• Document all work using company CRM and job management systems
• Follow all ROC Workmanship standards for reconstruction projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $60,000.00 per year
