We are looking for dedicated Spanish instructors to teach all levels—from beginner to advanced.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A strong background in language instruction(teaching, tutoring, immersion programs, translation, or a related field).
• A passion for interactive, conversation-based learningthat makes languages accessible and enjoyablefor students.
• Experience teaching grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and cultural aspects.

Our Teaching Philosophy

We believe in a student-centered, interactive approachto language learning that focuses on real communication, engagement, and cultural understanding.

We do not want:

Lecture-heavy lessons where students are passive listeners.
PDF-based lessons without engagement.
Memorization drills without meaningful application.

We expect:

Immersive, conversation-driven lessonswith real-world applications.
Interactive activitiesthat help students think, speak, and write.

Teaching Format & Expectations

Classes meet once per week for 30 minutes
Small group sizes (maximum of 10 learners)for personalized instruction
Lessons should be highly interactivewith games, discussions, and real-world applications

We are not looking for traditional lecture-based teaching.Lessons should focus on engaging students in conversation, comprehension, and meaningful language use.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver interactive virtual lessonstailored to students' levels.
Provide constructive feedbackon student progress.
Communicate with parents by providing class updates and individualized feedbackafter each session.
Foster a positive, inclusive learning environmentthat builds student confidence.
Adapt lesson materials as needed to support different learning styles and proficiency levels.

Qualifications

Fluency (native or near-native proficiency)
Experience teaching(online or in-person) preferred
Strong understanding of grammar, conversation skills, and cultural topics
Ability to create engaging, interactive, and structured lessons
Reliable internet connection & virtual teaching experience

Compensation & Work Schedule

Group classes pay $10-$55 per 30-minute session, based on class size:

• 1 learner→ $10 per session ($20/hour)
• 2 learners→ $15 per session ($30/hour)
• 3 learners→ $20 per session ($40/hour)
• 4 learners→ $25 per session ($50/hour)
• 5 learners→ $30 per session ($60/hour)
• 6 learners→ $35 per session ($70/hour)
• 7 learners→ $40 per session ($80/hour)
• 8 learners→ $45 per session ($90/hour)
• 9 learners→ $50 per session ($100/hour)
• 10 learners→ $55 per session ($110/hour)

1:1 sessions:

• $20 for 30 minutes
• $40 for 60 minutes

Hiring Process

Application Submission– Complete all application questions to be considered.
Video Introduction– Submit a short video introducing yourself and your teaching style.
Mock Class– Teach a sample class, assign homework, and provide feedback.
Onboarding & Training– Background check, ID verification, contract signing.
