Job Title: Host/Hostess
Location: Kenos Anaheim Hills
Job Type: Part-Time
Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. The Host/Hostess will be our guests' first point of contact, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Assist with seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with other duties as needed to support the team and enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
