As a Host at Blush, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Managing reservations and seating arrangements to ensure smooth service flow.
• Communicating effectively with the serving staff to optimize guest satisfaction.
• Answering guest inquiries and providing information about our offerings.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.
• The ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
