Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Specialist to grow our presence and sales in the volleyball market. This dual-role position supports both our company and adidas Volleyball initiatives, blending traditional sales with brand engagement and event marketing. The ideal candidate has a passion for volleyball, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to pick up the phone, send a text and build real relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with volleyball clubs, coaches, and organizations
• Initiate contact through phone calls, emails, and text messages to build relationships and pass along leads
• Maintain and manage client relationships using CRM tools and Excel-based tracking systems
• Collaborate with adidas Volleyball on brand activations, events, and product knowledge
• Plan and assist in executing on-site events and promotional activations
• Create and send mass email communications to prospects
