Pep's Pizza Company, a growing subsidiary of A&K Crust, is dedicated to producing our signature frozen pizza brands—Legit, Drafthaus, Maestro, and Luige's—which are distributed in grocery stores and retail locations across the country. Together, A&K Crust and Pep's Pizza Company bring exceptional pizza products from our ovens to tables nationwide.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Utilize ERP system to prepare production schedules for assigned production lines that maximize efficiency. while minimizing cost and satisfying customer demand.
• Navigate ERP modules to monitor, investigate and optimize schedules, materials, resource and labor utilization, efficiencies and priorities.
• Work and communicate with customer service, purchasing, operations, logistics and warehouse to best meet/coordinate schedule changes/needs of our customers.
• Record daily performance metrics and support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Attend daily and weekly production and scheduling meetings.
• Update various ERP modules to accurately reflect all requirements for operations including production calendars and resource groups.
• Manage the finished good inventory to reduce waste.

Work with Sales team to maintain forecasts for assigned customers.

• Work with operations management to address order fulfillment concerns.
• Backup team members to provide coverage as needed by the scheduling team.

• Other tasks assigned.

• Excellent communication skills are essential.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Power BI is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred or 2+ years of experience in production planning and logistics.
• Experience with MRP/MPS software.
• Superior organization & time management skills.
• Experience preparing production schedules in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Proven time management and task management abilities.
• Strong analytical skills, process oriented and ability to develop action plans.
• Ability to work occasional off-hours as needed.

Working Conditions

• Standard workweek: Monday–Friday, approximately 8–9 hours per day.
• Occasional extended hours or weekends may be required to meet customer demands.
