Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Manage the maintenance department budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement.
• Establish and enforce safety protocols and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance activities closely with production schedules to minimize disruption.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and optimizing CMMS and PM/PdM programs.
• Strong technical proficiency across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proven leadership skills in managing, mentoring, and developing a skilled maintenance team.
• Experience with maintenance budgeting, cost control, and project management.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced CMMS implementation or optimization.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Proven ability to manage large-scale capital projects related to facility or equipment upgrades.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
