Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using scanning equipment.
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring proper stock rotation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all warehouse safety regulations.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
  • Perform regular quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Contribute to team goals and meet performance metrics.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
