Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using scanning equipment.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all warehouse safety regulations.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to team goals and meet performance metrics.
- Must be able to perform repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
