Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team.
- Ensure efficient and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Manage inventory levels and oversee stock control procedures.
- Implement and enforce all Safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Manage equipment maintenance and ensure a Safe working environment.
- Handle operational issues and resolve discrepancies effectively.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory control.
- Proficiency with WMS and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of Safety best practices in a warehouse environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including significant Lifting as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
