Seeking a reliable Warehouse Worker for our facility in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, and packing and preparing orders for shipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will be responsible for organizing and storing inventory, moving goods to and from storage areas, and ensuring that all warehouse areas are kept clean and tidy. This position requires the ability to perform physical labor, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Understanding of basic logistics procedures is beneficial. We prioritize the safety of our employees, and strict adherence to all safety protocols, including the consistent use of appropriate PPE, is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and use of PPE.
- Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting and manual tasks.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
