Job Summary:

Are you ready to join a leading logistics company as a Fulfillment Associate in San Jose, California? We are seeking dedicated individuals to manage the end-to-end process of fulfilling customer orders. This role is crucial to our operations, involving picking products, packing them with care, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products for customer orders using pick lists and scanning devices.
  • Inspect products for damage and ensure the correct items are selected.
  • Pack orders securely, applying appropriate dunnage and ensuring product integrity during transit.
  • Label packages correctly and prepare them for carrier pickup.
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Stock received goods into appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock rotation and location management.
  • Ensure compliance with all company Safety guidelines and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (certification may be required).
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment focused on logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:

Must be able to perform regular Lifting of boxes and items up to 50 pounds. Exceptional organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics processes is a plus. Demonstrable commitment to Safety. Physical stamina required to stand, walk, and move for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent required.
