Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Strictly follow all Safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Report any product damage or operational issues promptly.
- Perform frequent Lifting of items, often weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet operational goals.
- Support the smooth functioning of our logistics network.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a safe and productive work atmosphere.
- Ensure efficient processing of all inbound and outbound goods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Physical capability to handle manual tasks, including frequent Lifting and standing.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to learn and perform various warehouse tasks.
- Experience with material handling equipment is beneficial.
