About
Our Charlotte, North Carolina facility is looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to support our daily operations. This role is fundamental to our logistics and supply chain success. You will be responsible for handling a variety of warehouse tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Stage orders for shipment and ensure proper labeling.
- Replenish inventory and maintain stock levels.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all established safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is beneficial.
- Capability for frequent lifting and moving of items up to 50 lbs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to safety standards and proper use of PPE.
- Must be able to work standing for extended periods.
