Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Verify the accuracy of received goods against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and maintain an organized warehouse.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety and quality.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
