Join our bustling warehouse as a Warehouse Associate in San Jose, California! We're searching for reliable and motivated individuals to support our daily operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a wide range of activities, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You'll be an integral part of our logistics team, ensuring that our products move smoothly from our facility to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Receiving, unpacking, and stocking incoming inventory.
- Accurately picking products for customer orders.
- Packing items securely for shipment, ensuring order accuracy.
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Operating pallet jacks and other manual equipment.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Following instructions for safe Lifting and movement of goods.
- Contributing to overall team efficiency and productivity in our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety protocols.
- Willingness to learn and operate different types of warehouse equipment.
- Must be able to wear required PPE consistently.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
