Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from shelves based on order lists or scanner data.
- Verify picked items against order specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Operate equipment such as order pickers and pallet jacks when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate efficient operations.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety rules and regulations, including proper use of PPE.
- Report any discrepancies in inventory or product damage to management.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, contributing to overall team success.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring lifting up to 45 lbs regularly.
- Understanding of order fulfillment and logistics workflows.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is highly desirable. Must be able to read and interpret picking lists and/or use scanning equipment. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift is essential.
