Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team in Denver, Colorado. The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for accurately tracking and managing all inventory levels within the warehouse. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient operations and ensuring product availability. You will work closely with the warehouse management and other departments to maintain stock accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to upholding safety standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
  • Update inventory records in the WMS (Warehouse Management System) accurately and in real-time.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory counts.
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Organize and maintain stockroom cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or overages to management.
  • Assist with the preparation of inventory reports.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with shipping and receiving departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Properly use any required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in inventory control or a similar role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with WMS software is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to perform tasks requiring significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety.
