About
We are seeking dedicated Order Pickers for our growing facility in Washington, D.C. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products from warehouse locations to fulfill customer orders. Utilizing RF scanners or pick tickets, you will navigate our warehouse efficiently, ensuring that the correct items and quantities are picked. Your precision and speed directly impact our service levels and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include accurately locating items, scanning them into the system, and staging them for the packing department. This position requires excellent attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform frequent Lifting of items up to 35 lbs throughout your shift. Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is advantageous but not required; we provide comprehensive training. Maintaining strict adherence to all Safety regulations and the correct usage of provided PPE is mandatory for a secure work environment. We are looking for reliable, self-motivated individuals who are team players and eager to contribute to our Logistics operations.
