Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders by accurately picking and packing items.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock received items in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of mandatory PPE.
- Contribute to achieving daily fulfillment goals in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to handle lifting of moderate to heavy items regularly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using warehouse technology like scanners.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended shifts.
