Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts of inventory items.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
- Update inventory management systems with accurate data.
- Assist in performing periodic physical inventories.
- Monitor stock levels and report any significant variances.
- Organize inventory data for reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper stock rotation and location.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support the logistics department with inventory-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, Inventory Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data entry and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform some physical tasks, including occasional Lifting.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
