Are you a skilled and certified Forklift Operator? We're looking for experienced operators to join our busy warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts to move, stack, load, and unload materials throughout the warehouse. Your duties will also include assisting with inventory management, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and orderly workspace. This position is vital to our supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring that goods are moved promptly and safely. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, reach truck) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and into racking systems.
- Transport materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counts and placement of stock.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, free from obstructions.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Follow all logistics and shipping/receiving guidelines.
- Perform other warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator certification (e.g., OSHA compliant).
- Proven experience as a forklift operator.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring significant Lifting, often exceeding 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
- Strong understanding of logistics and material flow.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and balance.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime if needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
