Are you a motivated individual seeking a role in a fast-paced logistics environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Fulfillment Associate at our Atlanta, Georgia facility. This position is key to our operations, involving the accurate and efficient processing of orders from receipt to shipment. You'll be responsible for various warehouse tasks including stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery. We prioritize a safe and productive work atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory levels.
- Pick products based on customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all company policies.
- Ensure proper usage of all required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 45 lbs regularly.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must wear designated PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
