Join our dedicated team as a Fulfillment Associate in our Minneapolis, Minnesota warehouse. This role is central to our logistics process, focusing on accurately and efficiently preparing customer orders for shipment. You will be responsible for picking items from inventory, packing them securely, and ensuring all orders meet our quality standards before they leave the facility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining a safe workplace. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders from designated locations within the warehouse.
- Inspect products for damage or defects.
- Pack items carefully and securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy against pick lists and customer orders.
- Label packages appropriately for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Follow all established safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Contribute to team goals and support colleagues as needed.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or logistics environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting of up to 45 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to procedures.
