Oliver Behavioral Consultants (OBC) is looking for a dedicated and compassionate SENIOR Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) (minimum of 7+ years as a licensed provider) to join our multidisciplinary team at our Thornton clinic. If you're passionate about collaboration, innovation, and helping children thrive, we'd love to meet you. Experience with collaboration among disciplines is a must. Experience supervising a team of SLPAs is also required.

*What You'll Do*
* Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
* Provide direct therapy to pediatric clients (in-clinic and via telehealth)
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized treatment plans
* Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
* Partner with families, educators, and referring professionals to support each child's progress
* Participate in team meetings, consultations, and ongoing case reviews
*What We're Looking For*
*Required Qualifications- *
* Minimumof 7+ years as a licensed provider
* Experience collaborating with other disciplines in clinical settings
* Experience supervising SLPAs
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Colorado SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
* Telehealth experience – many of our clients live in rural communities
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Knowledge of AAC or early intervention
* Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus
