As a Sales Support Representative, you will: Research and resolve issues reported by the client's end-users via phone, email, and chat support. Use sales techniques, to offer products and services to customers or potential customers, mainly via telephone to cold, warm or hot leads. Document all information on customer interaction according to standard operating procedures. Requirements: 1 year of sales or business development experience or equivalent (commission sales, appointment setting, inside or outside sales, previous experience in roles with a sales target / quota or a sales incentive program) Ad Sales and cold calling experience (highly preferred) Must be willing to complete an assessment that includes a typing test of 35 wpm Great communication skills, written and orally Demonstrate strong abilities to work independently and as a team player Must be adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes Experience using Salesforce is a big plus Must be at least 18 years of age Must have at least a High school diploma or GED Must be willing to participate in a background screening This is an onsite position (1650 Independence Dr, New Braunfels, TX 78132) Recommended: Experience with phone, email and live chat support Experience in customer service, sales, billing, collections, or technical support We are a collective of highly capable humans, who understand how to deploy technology and data to best serve your purpose.
