Join our energetic team in Las Vegas, Nevada, as a Picker/Packer! In this fast-paced role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves using scanning devices, carefully packing those items into appropriate shipping containers, and preparing them for dispatch. We are dedicated to maintaining efficient logistics and a safe working environment for all our employees. All necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided, and adherence to safety protocols is mandatory. Your contribution is vital to our operational success and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and order sheets.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping boxes or mailers.
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for outgoing shipments.
- Replenish inventory in picking locations as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety rules and regulations.
- Contribute to team efforts and assist colleagues as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Willingness to follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
