Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations using order sheets or RF scanners.
- Verify picked items against order requirements to ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely and appropriately for shipping, protecting them from damage.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Support other warehouse operations as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
- Ability to handle frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse workflows and logistics functions.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in picking and packing or a similar warehouse role is advantageous. Must be able to read and interpret picking lists and work with scanning technology. Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift is required. A strong emphasis on safety is essential; you will be required to wear appropriate PPE.
