We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate for our St. Louis, Missouri location. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications with high accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks.
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Follow established guidelines for lifting and material handling.
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) throughout your shift.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles is beneficial. Must be reliable and punctual. This role requires physical activity, including standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment is essential.
