About
Join our innovative Fulfillment Associate team in Madison, Wisconsin! As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a vital role in the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing orders with precision and efficiency, ensuring accurate inventory counts, and maintaining an organized and safe working environment. You will operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (if certified). This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the physical capacity to handle manual tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners is a plus. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of Safety , and all associates must strictly adhere to safety protocols and properly use provided PPE .
