Become a vital part of our logistics network as a Picker/Packer in Boise, Idaho! We are looking for dedicated individuals to ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently picking items from our warehouse inventory and carefully packing them for shipment. Your accuracy and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. You'll work in a dynamic environment where efficiency and teamwork are highly valued. Our company is committed to your safety, and we provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ongoing safety training. This role requires the ability to perform frequent lifting and manual handling of products. Responsibilities:
- Select items from warehouse shelves based on order requirements with high accuracy.
- Pack products securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit, using appropriate packaging materials.
- Verify order contents before packing and shipment to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Follow all company safety procedures and protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as directed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as hand trucks or pallet jacks as needed.
- Communicate any issues with orders, inventory, or equipment to the supervisor promptly.
- Meet individual and team productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting (up to 35 lbs).
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Good manual dexterity.
